Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our fiberglass pressure vessel is guaranteed not to leak, burst, or fail, provided the following conditions are met:
- Installation follows the manufacturer’s recommendations and complies with all building, safety rules, regulations, and codes.
- Water pressure does not exceed 100 PSI, and water temperature does not surpass 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Limited 5-Year Warranty
Within five years from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will replace or repair any other defective parts of the water conditioner.
General Warranty Conditions
Subject to the specified warranty limitations, the manufacturer will replace or, at its discretion, repair any part deemed defective. All parts are F.O.B. factory. To initiate a claim, customers must provide the manufacturer with the model number, serial number, date of installation, proof of purchase (copy of Bill of Sale), and return the defective parts.
Quique’s Water Conditioning reserves the right to make changes or substitutions in parts or equipment with material of equal quality. Freight, handling, and labor charges incidental to the repair and/or replacement of parts, tanks, or water conditioning units (excluding factory labor required for repairs) are expressly excluded from this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure due to neglect, misuse, alteration, accident, physical damage, acts of God, freezing, fire, or any cause or use other than the system’s normal intended use. The manufacturer is not involved in the retail sale or installation of the system and is not responsible for any damage, failure, or violation arising from the installation.
This is the sole warranty provided by the manufacturer. NO WARRANTIES EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN, and all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, are hereby excluded. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other claim or cause of action. Correction of defects, as provided above, constitutes the buyer’s exclusive remedy.
The manufacturer’s liability for damages is limited to the amount of the purchase price received for the warranted equipment. The manufacturer’s warranties do not extend to any dealer, wholesaler, or retailer. The limitations on the manufacturer’s liability apply to all purchasers and users.
